Registration Instructions:

1. Choose a form - You may register online using the form below or print off a hard copy form and return to either:

• the registration table in the KC Café on Wednesdays during lunch

• Matthew Sraders's desk (Building 300, 01DN050).  

Register as a team of 6 or as an individual and you will be placed on a team on the day of the event.

 

 

2. Choose a method of payment - Chipping In for Children is offering several methods of payment this year; ALL of which will be eligible for KC's gift matching program!

*Please note that you will be charged an extra $2.50 processing fee by choosing Paypal

3. Submit Payment and Confirm Registration -Payment is due before Sunday, July 22nd. Once we have received your payment, you will receive a confirmation email of your registration.

 

NOTE: The first 30 confirmed registrants will receive 2 free in-game mulligans and KC product!!

4. Attend Event - This is your time to shine! Relax, have fun, socialize, and enjoy the atmosphere. If you've never been to Topgolf before, it's a blast!

5. Match Your Gift - After the event, you will receive a receipt from Atlanta Children's shelter describing how much of your original payment was a charitable donation (the amount that did not cover the cost of the TopGolf event itself). If this amount is greater than $50, KC will match that gift. Instructions on how to apply this benefit will be included with your receipt.
